The two companies will leverage T cell therapeutic strategies to develop treatments for patients with cancer and autoimmune diseases with an initial focus on Chimeric Antigen Receptor Technology (CAR-T) and T Cell Receptor (TCR) technologies. Celgene to make initial payment of approximately $1 billion which includes the purchase of ~9.1 million shares of Juno stock at $93.00 per share, with potential to increase its stake over time.
EnteroMedics Inc. (NASDAQ: ETRM12.4% LOWER; commenced an underwritten public offering of units. Each unit will consist of a share of common stock, Series A warrants to purchase common stock and Series B warrants to purchase common stock.

American Capital Ltd (NASDAQ: ACAS0.4% HIGHER; announced today that in the second quarter of 2015 it made open market purchases of approximately 6.5 million shares of American Capital common stock, or 2.4% of the Company's outstanding shares as of March 31, 2015. The shares were purchased at an average price of $14.32 per share, totaling approximately $92.6 million.
