The problem trading this market is that the stock price movement is so flat for the most of the day with absolutely dead volume and suddenly from the middle of the day it reverses direction. Its impossible to bet either long or short. The movement is too wild. Its frustrating too slow and when its moving its too fast to catch the movement. If you can survive this market in 1st two month, then 2013 will be great year. Also low volume is giving algos upper hand and stock prices drop if one is long and it rises when one is short. I have seen stock movement but this is extremely crazy.
Today, ECB didnt cut rate and stock rallied which was big surprise.Stocks have lowered guidance into earning. WFC will be big mover tomorrow. Watchout FAS for bullish on bank and FAZ for bearish move.
