Today, UK GDP showed contraction of -0.5% and its in double dip recession but the reaction from stock market was positive as it gave further hope of easing. Media has been playing major role in keeping this market at current level with their manipulated headline.
Here is an example on how media manipulates the headline to favor some particular group or money manager but whatever they are doing, they are not acting responsibly.
Coming back to chart analysis, Dow, S&P500, and Nasdaq managed to survive every sell point resistance and managed to move above the resistance level with big spike when it seemed it could go sell off. Below chart shows what happened all day.

In last 8 month, Dow Jones has managed to move higher after every sell off. It seems Obama, Ben Bernanke and Mario Draghi doesn't want to find new job in this recessionary environment. It's tough market to find new job and they know it. They are really doing everything to save this market.
