Stock market expected to open lower inspite of ECB fine Tuning operation

This year we saw maximum rally and higher opening on Tuesday because of ECB's Fine tuning operation.   
As market closed in the bearish zone, it is expected to open lower inspite of tomorrow ECB's fine tuning operation but don't be surprise if market rallies for no reason in the middle of day. For bullish sentiment Dow needs to break 13,117 and S&P500 needs to break 1392. For bearish sentiment dow needs to break 13,042 and S&P500 needs to break 1377.
