Its good time for new investor to jump in, almost all the stocks are down and its good time to buy stocks. Keep an eye how it starts early morning trade tomorrow. If Dow industrial average fall below 10000, its alarm and wait till market reaches bottom, which i assume is 9800. If stocks remain flat around 10050 then buy any stocks which fallen 10% or more today.
