Organovo (NYSE: ONVO) 8.7% LOWER; announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Jefferies LLC and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) 6.2% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.78, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $10.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $10.95 billion.
BioMarin Pharma (NASDAQ: BMRN) 5.6% HIGHER; announced positive results of a Phase 2 proof-of-concept and dose finding study of BMN 111 (vosoritide), an analog of C-type Natriuretic Peptide (CNP), in children with achondroplasia. Achondroplasia is the most common form of human dwarfism. Vosoritide has Orphan designation in both the United States and Europe
Juno Therapeutics (NASDAQ: JUNO) 1% HIGHER; Maxim Group initiates coverage with a Buy rating and a price target of $78.00
Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP) 0.9% LOWER; announced that it proposes to offer up to US$1 billion in aggregate principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2020 (the "2020 notes") and convertible senior notes due 2025 (the "2025 notes" and, together with the 2020 notes, the "notes"), subject to market conditions.
Receptos, Inc. (NASDAQ: RCPT) 0.6% HIGHER; analysts at Leerink Partners sees company being patient on takeover.
