Once again, ECB fine tuning operation caused the rally and higher open on Tuesday. All kind of charts and technical indicator fails when ECB or FED are in action along with robo computers taking the lead in manipulating the stock market. Just a reminder, Italy needs to pay 10 B on August 15th, Greece needs to pay 3.2 B on August 20th, so expect some firework next week.
